Overview

The Senior Strategic Finance Analyst plays a crucial role in building our financial infrastructure and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our organization. You will work closely with the VP and Manager of Finance to develop financial plans, manage budgets, and drive financial performance.

• Develop and maintain financial budgets and forecasts.
• Build financial models for evaluating scenarios and decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze variances between actual results and budgeted figures.
• Prepare regular financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as requested by management.

Requirements

• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to work with ambiguity and tell a story with numbers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Background in investment banking or startup finance preferred.
• Proven financial modeling and analysis experience.
• Experience creating budgets and financial reporting.
