Overview

The Director of Operations will serve as a business consultant to franchisees in international markets, ensuring operational success and profitability through effective liaison and support.

In Short

  • Act as a liaison between corporate departments and franchise owners.
  • Oversee franchise operations and ensure company standards are met.
  • Conduct operational evaluations and make improvement recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of marketing plans to boost sales.

  • Travel extensively to understand market dynamics and support franchisees.
  • Monitor new store development processes.
  • Assist in sourcing and product quality assurance.
  • Document operational highlights and follow up on issues.
  • Collaborate with R&D on new product development for international markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
  • 2-4 years of management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time.
  • Knowledge of franchising legal issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
