Overview

The Franchise Business Consultant serves as a key liaison between franchise owners and corporate departments, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence and franchise success.

In Short

  • Act as a liaison between corporate and franchise owners.
  • Assist franchisees in achieving operational excellence.
  • Provide training and support for franchisees.
  • Analyze market conditions and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with various corporate departments.
  • Conduct onsite business reviews and evaluations.
  • Travel up to 50% to meet franchisees and assess market dynamics.
  • Assist in business plan reviews and financial analysis.
  • Facilitate communication and training programs for franchisees.
  • Support franchisee operations including new store openings and relocations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Four years of restaurant/retail management experience.
  • Strong relationship and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel by air and automobile.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
  • Experience in multi-unit management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of franchising legal issues is a plus.
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems is preferred.
