Overview

The Director of Operations manages all operations excellence and operations support initiatives for their respective region, working collaboratively with multiple areas of the business to foster growth and support franchisees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or relevant professional experience.
• At least five years of management experience in QSR Operations.
• Strong relationship and communication skills.
• Demonstrated planning and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds.
• Willingness to travel across North America.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems.
• Fiscal responsibility.
