Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Little Caesars, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for managing inquiries, documenting calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fully remote role.

In Short

  • Manage communications with customers on various issues.

  • Assist peers with customer inquiries.
  • Operate switchboard as needed.
  • Follow up on open cases daily.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer service techniques.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in quick service restaurant operations.
  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
  • Proficiency with Windows and basic data processing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules including holidays and weekends.
  • Experience in a customer call center is a plus.
