Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at CVS Health, you will provide telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers, ensuring a high-quality experience for callers.

In Short

  • Provide telephone assistance to members and providers.
  • Answer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and services.
  • Work remotely with required high-speed internet connectivity.
  • Must live within 50 miles of Charleston, WV.
  • Participate in a training schedule for the first 6 weeks.
  • Full-time position with a typical schedule of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
  • Company provides equipment and training.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Must be able to work from home and be self-sufficient.
  • Potential need to commute to the office in Charleston, WV during technical issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to meet performance standards and call quality goals.
  • Preferred experience in a remote call center setting.
  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare is a plus.
