In Short

• Special Projects - Take on special projects to grow the international business from partnering on product and pricing experimentation to partnering with marketing on creative and growth initiatives.
• Go to Market Strategy - Help to refine the way BetterHelp shows up in its international markets through improved localization, a more competitive feature sets, partnerships, and pricing.
• Competitive Analysis - Assess the competitive landscape across international markets and evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
• Process Development & Optimization - Continue to improve the way the international Business Unit operates within BetterHelp to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in international operations, general management, strategy and consulting, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling initiatives across multiple global markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models, interpret data, optimize performance.
• Experience in P&L management and proven operational leadership.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
• Ability to work in the US, to travel to our Northern California offices up to three times per year and to an additional company offsite.
