Director, Strategy, Operations and Integration - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Director, Strategy, Operations and Integration to strengthen the connective workflows, enablement routines, and execution rhythms behind our partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic planning efforts.

In Short

• Lead operational backbone of M&A and Business Development functions.
• Support company’s strategic planning cycles.
• Manage complex initiatives from idea to execution.
• Build scalable systems to support efficient execution across deal lifecycle.
• Partner with multiple functions for alignment during acquisitions.
• Lead post-acquisition integration planning and execution.
• Conduct opportunity sizing and business case development.
• Collaborate with Finance and leadership for portfolio strategies.
• Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and corporate objectives.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration and corporate strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined experience in M&A integration and corporate strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, fast-moving cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven success in building scalable operational systems.
• Track record of leading post-merger integration.
• Familiarity with partnership and M&A processes.
• Experience in tech, ideally mobile apps or SaaS.
• Background in management consulting or corporate strategy preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
