In Short

• Play a high-impact role within the International Markets team.
• Support TC CNP and the entire portfolio ensuring consistent scientific messaging.
• Collaborate with global medical training for implementation across therapeutic areas.
• Build an external medical education platform to support educational needs.
• Report to the Head of International Medical Affairs.
• Develop a yearly training calendar for partners.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for partner medical teams.
• Support the build of a medical education program across the international region.
• Oversee sourcing and logistical management of external vendors.
• Foster relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences with 5+ years of experience in medical affairs.
• Experience in training or learning and development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and meeting management skills.
• Ability to coordinate and implement multiple projects.
