• Serve as the driver of the global strategic publication plan for rare disease therapeutic areas.
• Oversee planning, execution, and amplification of scientific publications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand medical communications needs.
• Lead teams to develop publication plans and strategic objectives.
• Interface with external experts and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality, scientifically accurate, and timely publications.
• Maintain knowledge of publication policies, regulations, and guidelines.
• Contribute to initiatives to improve publication practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for publications.
• May write original content for publications as needed.

Requirements

• Expertise in growth hormone deficiency, hypoparathyroidism, and achondroplasia.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with scientific publication processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a biopharmaceutical setting.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
