Overview

The Franchise Business Consultant will provide guidance and coaching to franchisees and the Operations team to achieve both short and long-term company and operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 4+ years of restaurant management or franchise operations experience.
• Clean driving record required.
• Thorough knowledge of the restaurant industry.
• Proficient in marketing, finance, and training.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Available for evening and weekend work as necessary.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to travel for meetings and visits.
