The Operations Consultant will manage project operations for newly approved Dairy Queen locations across North America, ensuring successful openings and ongoing operational excellence.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in business, marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
• Proficient in marketing, finance, and human resources.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.
