Overview

The Restaurant Digital Technology Lead will oversee the implementation and execution of mobile and digital technologies in the QSR industry, ensuring stable operations and successful integration of digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a technology emphasis or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the restaurant technology industry.
• 3+ years leading digital platform teams managing third-party vendors.
• Experience with digital ordering platforms and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of EPOS systems and mobile technology interfaces.
• Familiarity with PCI compliance and payment technologies.
• Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and collaborate within teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office applications.
• Ability to travel occasionally to support digital initiatives.
