• Lead engineering across our digital assets product suite.
• Contribute directly to building the platform.
• Define technical architecture and own key systems.
• Design and maintain the architecture for digital asset services.
• Build, manage, and mentor an engineering team.
• Own the engineering delivery for core crypto features.
• Ensure secure architecture for key management and blockchain interactions.
• Implement operational controls and monitoring.
• Drive integrations with external vendors.
• Translate product requirements into technical plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in building and scaling backend platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with wallet management and custody solutions.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with real-time transactions and settlement.
• Background in building internal APIs and tools.
• Experience with Fireblocks or similar platforms is nice to have.
