As a DevOps Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our infrastructure and engineering culture, building and leading a team to drive success through automation and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience with AWS.
• Experience in hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises).
• Strong background in high-availability systems.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like ArgoCD & FluxCD or GitLab CI/CD.
• Advanced proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Fluent in English.
