Franchise Business Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Franchise Business Consultant will provide guidance and coaching to franchisees and the Operations team to achieve company and operational goals. This is a home-based remote position in Boise, ID.

In Short

• Provide coaching to franchisees to improve sales and operational standards.
• Develop and implement district-wide business plans.
• Consult on marketing performance and franchisee financial health.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Support new store openings and other functions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with franchisees and internal staff.
• Provide advice on operational goals and strategies.
• Ability to travel for franchisee meetings and visits.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchise owners.
• Must have a clean driving record and ServSafe certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 4+ years of restaurant or franchise operations management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the restaurant industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to travel as needed.
