Overview

The Franchise Business Consultant provides guidance and coaching to franchisees and the Operations team to achieve company and operational goals, utilizing knowledge of restaurant operations.

In Short

• Home-based role, ideally located in Moncton, Fredericton, or Saint John, New Brunswick.
• Provide counsel and advice to franchisee owners/operators.
• Ensure compliance with IDQ policies and standards.
• Implement effective business plans and action strategies.
• Provide training and consulting support to franchisees.
• Monitor execution of company strategies.
• Assist with new store openings and ad hoc projects.
• Strong relationship building with internal and external clients.
• Ability to travel frequently for franchisee visits.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 4+ years of restaurant management or franchise operations experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the Restaurant Industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel 2 - 4 weeks per month.
• No food allergies that prevent working in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and travel by car/air.
