As an experienced operations consultant, your role is crucial in helping us achieve our Purpose, making you an integral part of our operations.

In Short

• Work as an integral member of client engagement project teams executing complex tasks and leading work streams.
• Contribute to sales by producing high-quality proposals and solutions design.
• Analyse operational processes and performance improvement potentials.
• Engage with clients through meetings and interviews.
• Analyse data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions.
• Conduct interviews, field observations, and data analysis.
• Design and provide training/coaching/workshops at client sites.
• Travel up to 80% of the week to client sites across Western Europe.
• Participate in a mentorship program and access the Consulting Development Academy.
• Contribute to international projects and grow with the company.

• Experience in operations consulting.
