Overview

Aspire Software is hiring a Director of Operations for our Car Rental portfolio to join our growing team in North America. This position provides critical operational management to a portfolio of companies within a growing software vertical, focusing on increasing business efficiency and managing day-to-day operations.

In Short

  • Oversee operational functions of Professional Services, Customer Success, and IT.
  • Implement global projects while managing local operations.

  • Drive upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or Cloud industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with offshoring and virtual global organizations.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
