Bilingual Customer Service Agent - Remote

Overview

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for interacting with customers in the Criminal Justice field via the telephone in a professional and courteous manner. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle interactions with offenders on Probation/Parole.

In Short

• Six positions available: 4 evening and 2 overnight shifts.
• Starting pay is $18.50/hour.
• Remote work after training.
• Must be available for training from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills needed.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible schedule including weekends is necessary.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent computer skills and multitasking ability.
• Strong reading comprehension and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass a drug and background screening.
• Technical or law enforcement background is a plus.
