As a Licensed Customer Service Agent, you will support policyholders across multiple carriers, resolving complex service needs while delivering fast, empathetic, and high-quality insurance experiences.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders.

  • Support non-licensed team members with complex requests.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
  • Work independently in a remote environment.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • 1+ year of experience in a brokerage or insurance agency.
  • Experience servicing insurance policies.
  • Ability to navigate multiple carrier systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency (bonus).
