Overview

Keyrock is seeking an experienced, driven, and entrepreneurial Compliance Officer for its Seychelles-based entity, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by developing and implementing policies.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop an annual compliance plan.
• Implement second-line controls and conduct tests.
• Draft compliance recommendations for the Board of Directors.
• Assess future business activities for compliance risks.
• Communicate policies and procedures effectively to employees.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes.
• Oversee compliance with AML obligations.
• Conduct KYC and monitor compliance activities.
• Represent the company in money laundering prevention matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a compliance officer in a regulated financial institution.
• Experience engaging with regulatory authorities.
• Excellent knowledge of AML/CTF and financial regulations.
• Understanding of the digital assets ecosystem is a plus.
• A relevant degree is required.
• Experience in monitoring and control processes.
• Compliance qualification (e.g., ACAMS) is advantageous.
• Project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
