Overview

Keyrock is looking for a Junior HR Programs Specialist to support the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of our people programs, focusing on employee engagement, learning initiatives, and data-driven program operations.

In Short

  • Support the coordination and continuous improvement of onboarding, engagement, and culture programs.
  • Help run internal learning initiatives and people programs.
  • Produce regular reports and dashboards related to engagement, learning, and people programs.
  • Support automation and process improvements across HR programs.
  • Maintain and improve HR documentation and program materials.
  • Assist with internal events and culture initiatives.
  • Act as an operational point of contact for HR program-related platforms.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong interest in people programs and employee engagement.
  • Curious about process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with HR tools or analytics tools is a plus.
