Keyrock is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to maintain compliant payroll operations and drive effective relationships with payroll providers across multiple countries.

Requirements

• Minimum two years in HR Operations or Payroll/Benefits roles.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems and benefits.
• Experience managing relationships with service providers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Curiosity for digital assets and financial services.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational delivery.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience with HRIS tools is a plus.
• Ability to operationalize automation tools is a plus.
