Payroll & Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

Form Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering multi-disciplinary evidence-based obesity treatment through telemedicine. The Payroll & Operations Specialist will own payroll administration, benefits/leave administration and support a range of operational People and Finance processes.

In Short

• Process biweekly/semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits contributions.
• Maintain payroll system data integrity.
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments and changes.
• Assist with compliance reporting.
• Streamline payroll and HR operations processes.
• Stay up to date on payroll/tax laws.
• Support audits and reporting requirements.
• 3-5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency with payroll and HRIS systems.

• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidentiality handling.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage company.
• Preference for candidates based in the Boston area.
