HR Operations & Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

As part of a strong growth, Ledger is looking for a HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to manage HR administrative and payroll tasks in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in France.

In Short

• Manage hirings and departures, ensuring compliance with HRIS processes.
• Oversee payroll inputs and ensure timely payroll cycles.
• Support managers and employees on HR operations topics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR operations.
• Coordinate with financial departments for payroll processing.
• Ensure accuracy in payroll calculations and documentation.
• Maintain personnel records and manage temporary workers.
• Assist in managing meal vouchers and employee benefits.
• Utilize ADP Decidium tool for payroll management.
• Provide support in both French and English for employees.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources with at least 2 years of experience.
• Solid knowledge of social law and payroll processes.
• Experience with ADP's Decidium tool and ACE functionality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and various IT tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
