Overview

As Head of Regulatory Affairs for the Americas, you will manage emerging legislative and regulatory issues in the rapidly evolving blockchain and crypto industry, advising and assisting the business in building compliant product offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in regulatory affairs or legal sectors.
• Knowledgeable about blockchain technology and crypto regulations.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish fluency desired.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to new regulatory topics and jurisdictions.
• Proven relationships with stakeholders in regulatory agencies.
• Creative, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to register as a lobbyist if required.
• Collaborative team player with sound judgment.
