Solution Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Solution Engineer role within our organization bridges the gap between our technical product offerings and customer needs, especially during onboarding and complex integrations. This position requires deep technical expertise and exceptional problem-solving skills to ensure clients effectively integrate our products into their systems, maximizing value and enhancing customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Act as the technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on integrating our products.
• Debugging technical issues and coordinating with the tech/product team.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Product Support, and Engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, APIs) and SQL.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• High attention to details and diligent working style.
