Overview

The Trading & Analytics Lead will own campaign strategy and oversee execution to deliver strong results for clients using the Kayzen platform.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in programmatic or mobile ad buying.
  • Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
  • Strong judgment skills with urgency for execution.
  • Proficient in logical, hypothesis-driven thinking.
  • Attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience in performance advertising is a plus.
  • Experience with programmatic CTV campaigns is also a plus.
