Overview

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships and Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a systems mindset, and experience driving alignment and efficiency across go-to-market teams.

In Short

  • Design, implement, and manage processes, systems, and tools for revenue teams.
  • Own CRM administration (Salesforce or HubSpot) for data integrity and process optimization.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics to support decision-making across the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with leadership to optimize the lead-to-revenue process.
  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting and compensation planning.
  • Identify bottlenecks and friction points to increase conversion and retention.
  • Create and maintain enablement documentation for Growth Team functions.
  • Support go-to-market planning and territory design.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance productivity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing insights grounded in data.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in revenue or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot, including configuration.
  • Experience managing large data sets and using data loading tools.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS metrics like CAC and LTV.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work style.
  • Passion for technology that positively impacts public safety.
