Overview

The Sales Manager for the U.S. Eastern Region will lead customer acquisition efforts, manage the sales cycle, and ensure customer success with Kaseware's technology solutions.

In Short

  • Own all stages of the customer acquisition lifecycle.
  • Manage sales opportunities and deliver tailored customer demos.
  • Handle complex enterprise deployments for government organizations.
  • Produce detailed sales documents including proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate various agreements and commercial terms.
  • Travel frequently to customer sites for sales activities.
  • Conduct discovery and consultative sales processes.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in the company’s CRM.
  • Build and lead a sub-regional sales team over the next few years.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience in SaaS product demonstrations required.
  • Operational background in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement preferred.
  • Strong ambition and motivation.
  • Ability to manage complex software deals.
  • Experience communicating with senior leadership in government.
  • Excellent consultative and solution-based selling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other operational technologies.
