U.S. Federal Senior Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The U.S. Federal Senior Account Manager at Kaseware is responsible for managing key Federal accounts, ensuring renewals, upsells, and account expansion within a defined portfolio, while serving the community through technology.

In Short

• Manage a defined portfolio of Federal accounts.
• Own and exceed assigned quota focused on retention and expansion.
• Demonstrate the Kaseware platform effectively.
• Develop multi-year account plans aligned with objectives.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Report to the U.S. Government Practice Lead.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Partner with Customer Operations and Product teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to agency executives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6–10 years of experience in Account or Program Management.
• Proven track record in enterprise or public-sector SaaS.
• Strong understanding of Federal procurement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Ability to achieve a Secret Clearance.

• Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $140,000.
• OTE: $180,000 – $200,000.
