Overview

The Federal Account Manager is an outside sales position responsible for developing, managing and closing business within select Civilian agencies that currently have HashiCorp enterprise products in use.

In Short

  • Engage in significant Outbound activity using various tools.
  • Manage cross-functional resources around sales opportunities.
  • Engage existing HashiCorp users to grow their usage of technology.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns.
  • Align HashiCorp solutions to customer needs.
  • Execute solution and value selling to new prospects.
  • Articulate and promote the company vision and products.
  • Build a balanced pipeline of new revenue.
  • Maintain and forecast business accurately.
  • Qualify opportunities based on MEDDPICC criteria.

Requirements

  • Experience in Open Source software business models.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure and Security software.
  • Track record in growing and closing revenue in the Civilian sector.
  • Experience managing Renewals.
  • Experience working with Partners to enhance practice.
  • Creation and execution of business plans.
  • Great executive presence and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • History of accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required.
