Overview

As a Revenue Operations Manager at OpusClip, you will be responsible for establishing the operational foundation for the sales team, optimizing tools and processes, and collaborating with leadership on sales strategy and forecasting.

In Short

  • Build and scale the B2B Revenue Operations function from the ground up.
  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Mixpanel, Clay).
  • Analyze a user base of 10M+ for upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with sales leadership on strategy and performance analysis.
  • Build repeatable processes across prospecting, closing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams.
  • Ensure sales has the right tools and playbooks to close effectively.
  • Support Customer Success with data and insights for retention.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in RevOps at a SaaS startup.
  • Deep experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Proficient in Mixpanel for product analytics.
  • Familiar with Clay or similar tools for data quality.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs.
  • Proven ability to align sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
