The Manager, Revenue Operations is responsible for overseeing operational aspects of government business lanes within the Credits team at DaVita. This role involves leading projects, driving innovation, and collaborating across various revenue cycle teams.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle in Collections and/or Credits.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for problem-solving and team development.
• Experience in delivering persuasive recommendations.
