Overview

The ROPS Specialist II, Collections (Lab) is responsible for securing maximum reimbursement on all claims based on payer terms while adhering to DaVita policies and guidelines.

In Short

• Initiates collection follow-up of all denials with insurance payers.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with electronic accounts receivable systems.
