The Revenue Specialist II position involves processing patient insurance information and ensuring accurate claims submission for dialysis centers while following compliance regulations.

In Short

  • Hybrid-Remote work schedule with possibilities for fully remote work.
  • Process patient insurance information for registration.
  • Ensure timely and accurate claims submission.
  • Communicate with facilities to verify patient insurance.
  • Coordinate with Patient Referral Coordinators for documentation.
  • Resolve patient account errors and registration denials.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Complete reports and projects within deadlines.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement.
  • Support team members and promote a sense of belonging.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Healthcare reimbursement experience preferred.
  • Experience with admissions, billing, and collections preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations preferred.
