In Short

• Manage comprehensive Accounts Receivable/Collection, from invoice generation to payment processing.
• Provide detailed updates on weekly AR Aging reports to internal teams and Senior Management.
• Conduct weekly Accounts Receivable internal calls.
• Handle past due collections.
• Resolve claims for denials & appeals and re-bill electronic denials.
• Track access to payor/client portals.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal billing regulations.

Requirements

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to use computerized systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Medical Billing & Collection experience a plus.
• Experience with client portal access.
• AlayaCare experience a plus.
• Compliance with regulations and standards.
