Requirements

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in accounts receivable/collections/customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
