Overview

The NextGen Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and operational support for Aria’s NextGen Enterprise EHR and Enterprise PM systems along with integrated third-party applications. This role ensures seamless user experiences by managing user and system configurations to support Podiatry, Optometry, and Audiology service lines.

In Short

  • Provide technical and operational support for NextGen systems.
  • Manage user and system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support integrations.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end user support.
  • Modify and update templates as needed.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Document support procedures and resources.
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Adapt to changing technologies and environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience with NextGen systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Familiarity with ePHI and HIPAA standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Good judgement and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new processes and tools.
