Overview

The Application Support Specialist role at Aquatic Informatics involves providing technical and application support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction while managing multiple priorities.

  • Collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing software support experience required.
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL Server, SaaS, and APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing software support/implementation experience.
  • Advanced technical expertise in SQL Server, Windows Server, SaaS, APIs, and scripting.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Office 365, and helpdesk platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Post-secondary education in IT or related field is an asset.
  • Bilingual in Italian or French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of water or wastewater systems is advantageous.
  • Software development exposure or networking experience is beneficial.
