Overview

The Application Support Specialist will interact with partners and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction through technical mentoring, coaching, and consulting services.

In Short

  • Provide first level support to partners and customers.
  • Become proficient with Acumatica’s product suite.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze application-related issues.
  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Deliver solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Provide continuing education on Acumatica products.
  • Manage technical service requests and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Communicate proactively about product and program information.
  • Document client inquiries and provide feedback to R&D.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and create Knowledge Base articles.

Requirements

  • Understanding of accounting principles and business practices.
  • College Degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience in support at an ERP company, preferably SaaS-based.
  • Technical knowledge of Finance, Payroll, and related fields.
  • Experience in account management or service and support.
  • Ability to deliver quality service and solve problems remotely.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting software and IT-related problems.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills.
