Overview

Acumatica is looking for a Talent & Organizational Capability Director to drive employee engagement, retention, and growth through talent development strategies and initiatives.

• Lead the establishment of a talent development center of excellence.
• Drive competency development and career progression frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement learning and talent development solutions.
• Manage key learning programs to enhance culture and leadership.
• Drive consistency in talent evaluation across the employee lifecycle.
• Enhance company culture by aligning talent initiatives with business priorities.
• Utilize data-driven insights for employee engagement strategies.
• Manage the employee engagement survey process.
• Oversee the effectiveness of the Udemy learning platform.
• Lead talent reviews to increase organizational capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Design.
• 3+ years working with C-Suite or Executives.
• Strong background in change management and cultural evolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Project management skills for managing multiple initiatives.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver measurable results.
• Expertise in coaching and mentoring for talent development.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
