Director of Organizational Transformation - Remote

Overview

American AgCredit is seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to drive a multi-year organizational transformation program focused on strengthening our core business, reimagining simple transactions, and broadening the ways in which we serve our farmer and rancher customers.

• Shape and manage the program execution of a comprehensive transformation strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, master’s degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in a program management role.
• 5 years of management experience outside project management.
• Experience with change management methodologies.
• Ability to lead and influence a diverse team across disciplines.
• Skill in re-engineering operations and formulating policy.
• Experience with industry regulatory processes.
• Superb leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
