Overview

The Financial Business Partner plays a pivotal role within the Financial Management team, responsible for designing and interpreting financial reports, developing financial models, and delivering insights that drive the Association’s performance and growth.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a financial business partner role.
• Proficiency in accounting, finance, and financial modeling using Excel.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex concepts.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and valuation techniques.
• Ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
