Financial Business Partner - Remote

Overview

This role will provide support in the GL team by maintaining daily financial and accounting business processes of the GFS focusing on the standardization whilst delivering customer service. Provide timely and professional services that support the GFS SLA, ensuring that the monthly US GAAP financials for the country are prepared accurately and on time.

In Short

• Part of a team responsible for Month End closing to a strict timetable for Financials into HFM.
• Support the balance sheet & control reconciliations including investigation of reconciling items.
• Perform and Analyze business reports for Bookings, Sales and backlog.
• Support regular financial & balance sheet reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements with a focus on automation.
• Support preparation of GFS KPI data and dashboards.
• Contributes on the knowledge management within GFS.
• University or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Proficient English language skills.
• 1-2 years’ work experience for a large multinational organization.

Requirements

• Experience working in a matrix structure would be of an advantage.
• Knowledge of Oracle, SAP or Syteline together with HFM preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
