Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance business partnering or financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables).
• Strong financial modeling experience.
• Experience leading financial projects and implementing tools.
• Hands-on experience in financial tools and systems.
• Strong data analysis skills with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills for translating insights.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
