Overview

The Financial Services Business Partner oversees and steers the financial operating model and governance framework which enables the Treasury and Finance team to interact with its various business partners and supports the implementation of the business strategy.

In Short

• Responsible for understanding and managing new product and commercial requirements.
• Lead the design of Treasury and Finance Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Promote innovation and share process improvements.
• Map out value chain deliverables and financial economics.
• Assess financial risks associated with new products and partnerships.
• Work closely with external partners and vendors.
• Optimize current core infrastructure for operational efficiency.
• Monitor regulatory landscape across strategic markets.
• Build and own key monitoring metrics and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Finance colleagues for best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Treasury and Financial Services functions.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Post-graduate degree in Finance or Treasury Management is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks/projects.
• Experience with systems like SWIFT, SAP, and Tableau.
• Passion for innovation and disruptive technology.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project implementation and change management.
• Willingness to travel globally as required.
