Finance Business Partner - Remote

Overview

Workday is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Global Revenue Finance team, responsible for financial performance analysis and reporting while collaborating with the sales organization.

In Short

• Prepare key financial reports for the EMEA region.
• Conduct qualitative financial analysis on key performance indicators.
• Communicate variances to budget to business partners.
• Support annual strategic planning and evaluation of metrics.
• Own regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
• Participate in cross-functional efforts to improve data quality.
• Develop strong industry knowledge through collaboration.

• Finance or Accounting experience in the software or SAAS industry preferred.

Requirements

• Professionally Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Consulting.
• Minimum 1 year of Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Finance system proficiency and strong business sense.
• High proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial planning tools is advantageous.
