  • Work from the office at least 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in SaaS software support or Customer Support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with log reading and analysis.
  • Ability to support Talent Management solutions.
  • Experience in case handling processes and escalation procedures.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of Human Capital Management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Resilience in facing tight resolution timeframes.
